• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  
• Hardware: Understanding of electronic hardware (schematics, components).
  
• Measurement Instruments: Experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters.
  
• Components: Knowledge of sensors, actuators, motors.
  
• Standards: Familiarity with international standards (UL, EN, CSA), including reliability, EMC, and functional tests.
  
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within HVAC or white goods industries.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
