Job description:
We are looking for a specialist in the field of robotics/electronics to join the FlightMind.AI team for the development of an autonomous navigation system. The main task will be the creation of the electronic architecture of the product, the selection of components and their switching.
About the company
Startup company FlightMind.AI develops navigation for UAVs that work without GPS. This allows the UAV to navigate in space in conditions of strong EW opposition, when there is no communication with GPS satellites and/or the pilot. Our project won hackathons from the Ministry of Digital and the Ministry of Defense, and also represented Ukraine at the technology exhibition VivaTech 2023 in Paris.
Our development should become a real Game Changer in UAV application. We invite motivated engineers to join the team so that our product can start working faster for the Defense Forces.
Functional responsibilities:
- Development and support of the electronic architecture of the autonomous navigation system
- Integration of radio communication systems, antennas and optical module
- Creation of voltage distributor boards
- Connection of actuators and sensors to the on-board computer
- Development of the control station
- Selection of components < /li>
- Creation of appropriate design documentation
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the field of robotics
- Experience with microcontrollers
- Experience in embedded programming or IoT (work with Jetson, Raspberry, Rockchip or similar)
- Experience in the field of radio communication and optoelectronics is welcome
>- Experience with connecting and configuring power sources (battery)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with sensors (cameras, IMU, lidar)< /li>
