1 shift work mode

Responsibilities

• operation, debugging and repair of all AWS technical equipment (Automated warehouse system);
• identifying the causes of malfunctions and carrying out further repairs;
• responsibility for minimizing downtime;
• elimination of stuck pallets on the AWS conveyor system - work at height;
• consultation with the AWS technology provider regarding the occurrence of malfunctions.

What we require from the prospective employee

• secondary education in the field of electrical engineering: a minimum secondary education in the field of electrical engineering or a similar technical field is required. This education is the basis for understanding and working with electrical equipment;
• certification according to Decree 50 (NV 194/2022 Coll.): you must have a valid certificate according to Decree 50, which is currently regulated by Government Decree 194/2022 Coll. decree establishing requirements for professional competence for work on electrical equipment;
• language skills: basic knowledge of the Czech language is necessary for understanding work instructions and communicating in a team. Knowledge of the English language is also necessary for communicating with suppliers and understanding technical documentation;
• experience in the operation and maintenance of technical equipment: previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. The willingness to learn and adapt to the specifics of working with AWS technology is important;
• physical fitness and the ability to work at height: the job often involves moving heavy loads and working at height, so good physical fitness is a must;
• independence and responsibility: we expect you to be able to independently solve problems and make decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Terms of payment

• salary 350 CZK/hour;
• average salary 60,000 - 70,000 Kč/month;
• we provide work shoes and clothes;
• payment of advances is possible after 10 working days;
• we provide housing.
