With a focus on Data Centers, we collaborate with partners across the globe, offering exciting opportunities for professionals who can join us in Poland and Ukraine, or our partners in the Netherlands.Role Overview:take a role for engineering solutions for Data Centers power supplydeveloping MV & LV power supply diagrams based on redundancy and reliabilitydesigning of cable routing, equipment sizing etc lighting simulation and analysisdevelopment of lightning protectionearthing and equipotential bondingKey Responsibilities:Manage and deliver electrical work packages across multiple projects, including: Designing effective solutions for medium and low voltage power supply systems.Conducting integrated engineering from calculations to detailed design phases.Implementing value engineering strategies.Ensuring quality requirementsIdentify project scopes, objectives, and deliver project documentation to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Write technical specifications and reports and communicate project progress internally and externally.Qualifications and Skills: We’re seeking a proactive individual with a problem-solving mindset and the following qualifications:Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.3 years of relevant experience in electrical design and/or installation.Proficiency in electrical design practices.Entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication skills.Good written and spoken English (at least B1+)Proficiency in software tools such as Autodesk REVIT, BIM 360/ACCAdvance knowledge of lighting analysis, power flow and load study simulationWhat We Offer: Join our dynamic team for:Flexible work arrangements.Extensive training and development opportunities.Engaging European projects.A 2−3 month probationary period for mutual fit and alignmentannual review of salaries — we monitor the market and make sure that our employees are always competitivetraining programs for professional developmentthe company maintains European values and standards!modern and comfortable office (Kyiv, Lviv), Szczecin (Poland), remote, hybrid, relocatecorporate English language course for different levels
