Your main tasks will be: supporting the development of long-term, medium-term, short-term plans for the department's activities; budget consolidation, analysis of budget implementation; analysis of deviations from the plan/actual costs, revenues and performance indicators; assessment and analysis of business cases; performing analytical calculations on key business processes; generation of reports and forecasts; development and creation of a set of reports and dashboards; preparation of regular reporting and reporting on request; development of transformation initiatives within the framework of the implementation/support of the ERP system for business analysis processes; analysis of the intensity of railway transportation and the main indicators of production process according to the established list of criteria, preparation of proposals for improving work efficiency; compilation of NPV models (calculation of NPV, IRR, DPP); development of projects to improve the quality of key performance indicators. We expect from you: higher education; work experience in transport/logistics directions from 5 years; work experience as an analyst/economist from 2 years; knowledge of financial analysis methods, principles of building the main forms of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Capital Flow Statement); knowledge of assumptions, advantages and disadvantages of using NPV, IRR, PP, DPP; writing instructions, conducting presentations; perfect knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Point, Project, Visio; availability of certificates/acceeding ACCA/CAP/ CIPA will be an advantage; deep analytical abilities, working with large data sets; organized documents, as well as an existing military registration document according to current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
