Vacancy description We are looking for a qualified educator-pedagogue to conduct educational classes for children in the Dzyga-Truskavets children's club. The salary can vary between UAH 14,000-180,000 and will depend on personal efforts, contribution to the result of work, the number of classes conducted and the number of children in them. Working conditions and our advantages: Mon.-Fri.: from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (working hours can be changed according to the agreement and needs of the center). We have a friendly young team - girls support each other, provide insurance, help; In the beginning, the manager also helps a lot with the formation of programs, teaches, encourages. We adjust the salary in accordance with inflation. We provide already formed groups - you do not need to start from scratch and "collect" children, you already have a full field for successful work. We are constantly developing, growing - this is an opportunity for your development within the framework of our institutions Responsibilities: Mostly this is work with children in various classes (development, early development, preparation for school, school intensive, doing homework with children who come to the extended day group, English, calligraphy, storytelling, etc.). It is also work in the play area and walks (in free time from classes, together with other educators) — with children who come for day care and for the extended day group. Helping other educators in the preparation and conducting of master classes and in the process of feeding children. If necessary, replacing the main educators; Keeping toys and educational material in order; Helping in the organization of the internal work of the children's club. Requirements: Willingness and ability to work with children from 1, 5 to 12 years old; Ability to find a "common language" with children, approach; Pedagogical education (preferably preschool); English language, level not lower than average - a must! Personal qualities: Self-discipline and responsibility; Diligence and flexibility - the ability to learn quickly , listen to the manager's recommendations; Creativity and desire to use modern approaches in work; Literacy and communication skills.
