Main requirements:

1) higher education (bachelor/specialist/master's degree) , will be an advantage: economic (marketing, management);

2) work experience from the 1st year in the field of selling services;

3) ability to present products and services of the Academy;

4) skills in selling services to potential and existing clients in the office (face-to-face), by phone, at presentations (face-to-face), via the Internet;  

5) skills of active interaction with the online audience in social networks, through newsletters;

6) skills of working in CRM;

7) confident PC user (in particular, MS Word/Excel, e-mail, mailing services, Google Docs, messengers) and office equipment;

8) competent oral and written Ukrainian language, clear pronunciation;

9 ) systematic approach to work, focus on results.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the recruitment plan for the Academy ("Spring - Autumn", camps).
  • Communication with clients in the office, by phone, on the Internet.
  • Participation in the organization and support of Academy events, active interaction with the audience.
  • Informing clients about events and promotions, mailing information, photographing events, publishing in social networks.
  • Management of the client base in CRM, database analysis, reporting.
  • Formation of current documentation, training contracts.
  • Analysis the results of the recruitment and conducted actions.
  • Organization and administration of records.

Working conditions:

  • Five-day work week, paid vacation .
  • Work schedule 9:00-18:00 with a break.
  • 2 days off: one day Saturday or Sunday, the second day on a weekday.
  • Trial paid term: 3 months.

Salary: rate and bonus (% of sales) + bonus for discounted IT training
