What needs to be done:

• Process incoming leads (applications, calls, messages), conduct CRM;

• Advise potential trainees about training programs, terms of participation, formats;

• Provide support and communication with students during the training process - answers to questions, coordination, assistance;

• Collect and analyze feedback;

• Help in organizational preparation for meetings;

• Analyze the target audience and competitors' offers;

• Work on project promotion (social networks, educational institutions, etc.)

Our expectations from the candidate:

• experience in sales or customer support (preferably in the educational or B2C sphere), primarily educational.
• high level of computer skills (including CRM systems, LMS platforms).
• high organizational skills and multitasking.
• excellent communication skills.
• higher education (technical, economic, project management, marketing).
