In connection with the expansion of the team, we invite a Educational Program Sales Manager.


Your mission:
To help the applicant and his family make an informed decision about admission and to lead the client from the first contact to the signed contract.

Main duties:

Counseling applicants and their parents (phone, online, offline).
Presentation of educational programs, conditions of admission and advantages of the university.
Support of the client at all stages of the admission campaign.
Registration and conducting of consultations, participation in Open Days.

Work in CRM:
recording contacts;
planning the next step;
monitoring the execution of tasks.
Getting the client to sign and pay of the contract.

Areas of responsibility:
Quality and speed of the first contact.
Conversion from consultation to contract.
Number of signed contracts.
Absence of "hanging" leads.
Compliance with work regulations and internal standards.

We are looking for a candidate who:
Has experience in sales, consulting or customer service (B2C) education.
Experience of working with parents of clients.
Experience of a long sales cycle.
