Educational coordinator for high school children in GoGlobal

The GoGlobal team is looking for an Educational Coordinator for high school children

GoGlobal is an educational foundation that generates, pilots and scales projects for teachers, schoolchildren and young people!

Functional duties:

• Cooperation with educational experts (developers, trainers, IT specialists, facilitators, etc.) to develop, implement and support educational products.

• Coordination and monitoring of all project activities related to the educational component (development, training, implementation, etc.).

• Selection and training of a team of educational specialists and volunteers.

• Supporting communication with partners, sponsors and educational institutions.

• Reporting on the progress of implementation of projects and programs to senior management.

Main tasks:

• Planning of educational programs and products:

1. Analysis of the needs and interests of the target audience.
2. Participation in development of an educational strategy that corresponds to the mission and goals of the organization.
3. Planning of the calendar of educational events and activities.

• Implementation of innovations and improvements:

1. Search and integration of the latest technologies and methods in the educational process.
2. Development and implementation of projects to improve educational products .

• Development of educational products:

1. Creation and adaptation of educational materials and programs for different groups participants.
2. Ensuring compliance of educational products with GoGlobal educational standards and legislation.
3. Development of interactive and innovative forms of learning.
4. Establishing cooperation between educational trainers, teachers and others involved parties (designers, typesetters, editors, IT developers, etc.).
5. Preparation of technical tasks for developers, experts, trainers and other involved educational experts.

• Coordination of the implementation of educational programs:

1. Coordination of program activities.
2. Quality control of educational events.
3. Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of educational programs:
4. Preparation of feedback questionnaires from participants and trainers/facilitators, analysis of feedback
5. Evaluating the effectiveness of the programs.
6. Making corrections to the programs based on the analysis of the results.

Expected knowledge, skills and competences:

• Availability of higher education and work experience in the field of education from 3 years;

• Knowledge of the school education sector in Ukraine;

• Communication skills;

• Organizational and administrative abilities;

• Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and simultaneously control several parallel processes;

• English language - above average level;

• High level of organization and adherence to deadlines.

• The presence of an open FOP of group 3, or readiness to open it.

Experience:

• From 3 years of experience in the field of education (workwith schoolchildren and teachers, work with educational literature for schoolchildren and teachers).

• Experience in developing educational programs and materials for teachers and schoolchildren.
