In connection with the expansion of the Foundation's activities, we are looking for Educational Coordinators in three regions (Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya and Dnipropetrovsk), within the scope of the project "Support program for families in difficult life circumstances" with the support of the "GlobalGiving" foundation

Duration of the project:June 2026 - June 2027

Format of cooperation:on the basis of the contract for the provision of services (FOP, group 3).

Project implementation locations:m. Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhia

Wishes for the candidate:

• experience in managing teams/projects;
• experience working in educational, charitable, non-governmental social organizations (NGOs) will be an advantage;
• experience working with children and adolescents in vulnerable categories, as well as IDPs, will be an advantage.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Organization and coordination provision of educational and psychological services within the boundaries of the project;
• Planning the schedule of classes and coordinating the work of specialists in compensation for educational losses and psychologists;
• Carrying out work on the search and attraction of beneficiaries in cooperation with communities, educational institutions and social services. Initial screening of participants in accordance with the selection criteria of the project;
• Formation of groups and referral of children to appropriate specialists;
• Monitoring attendance, participation and educational progress of children;
• Communication with parents/guardians, teachers, etc., regarding participation and learning outcomes;
• Keeping records of beneficiaries and preparation of project reports;
• Participation in monitoring and evaluating project activities;
• Adherence to child protection, safety and confidentiality policies (safeguarding).
