Imagine that you organize large-scale projects with the largest technology companies of the world, such as Meta or AWS. You shape trends in business education and help European startups become unicorns.

p> Launched two seasons of StartUp Academy together with Meta . We received 4150 applications from 60+ countries of the world, 86 startups participated in the program. Our partners directed $5.5 million in loans, as well as services and consulting, to business development, and partner venture capital funds invested $1.8 million in startups during and after the project was completed. We are building the largest startup community in Central and Eastern Europe, planning to launch new training programs for the development of startups and a closed community of fast-growing tech businesses.

You will be able to work with the powerful expertise of colleagues from the Education team, because we:

• Created a system of external training : our open events have passed more than 30,000 people.
• Formed internal training of employees with unique programs from company experts and trained 300+ employees. We built a unique ecosystem of internal profile communities with about 1,000 members and employees.
• We launched schools with the top universities of the country and every semester we add original disciplines from Genesis to the student curriculum, created an all-Ukrainian course at universities .

Tell us more about the vacancy.

You will organize turnkey international educational projects: from the planning stage to the completion of the program (an example of such a project is Genesis StartUp Academy together with Meta). This is a responsible but exciting role that includes:

• Building partnerships with leading companies in the global market, venture capital funds.
• Organization of large tech events.
• Creating effective educational content and working directly with products to help businesses grow quickly.
• Communication with C-level managers and development of new projects.

We also expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in creating and/or coordinating educational projects, international programam or work with startups.
• Strong communication skills - the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both orally and in writing, to people at all levels of the organization.
• English at a level no lower than Advanced.
• Creativity, strategic and analytical thinking. Energetic, positive approach and initiative. Ability to see things through to the end;
• Leadership qualities, responsibility and attention to details.

Previous experience in IT, EdTech, investment sector, projects for SMEs or public organizations will be a plus.
