What interesting things do we, the Education Team, do? 2MDd9 " rel="nofollow noreferrer" style="text-decoration: underline; font-weight: 400" target="_blank">StartUp Academy together with Meta. We received 4150 applications from 60+ countries of the world, 86 startups participated in the program. Our partners directed $5.5 million in loans, services and consulting to business development, and partner venture capital funds invested $1.8 million in startups during and after the project was completed. We are building the largest community of startups in Central and Eastern Europe, we plan to launch new training programs for the development of startups and a closed community of fast-growing tech businesses .

You will be able to work with the powerful expertise of colleagues from the Education team, because we:

• External created training: more than 30,000 people attended our open events.
• Formed internal training of employees with unique programs from company experts and trained 300+ employees. We built a unique ecosystem of internal profile communities with about 1,000 members-employees.
• We launched schools with the country's top universities and every semester we add author's disciplines to the student schedule, created all-Ukrainian course in universities.

You will organize turnkey international educational projects: from the planning stage to the completion of the program (an example of such a project is  Genesis StartUp Academy in partnership with Meta< /a>). This is a responsible but exciting role that covers:

• Building partnerships with leading companies on the world market, venture capital funds.
• Organization of large tech events.
• Creating effective educational content and working directly with products to help businesses grow quickly.
• Communication with C-level managers and development of new projects.

You will realize the most ambitious goals with Taneyu, International Programs Lead and Olexiem, Education Operations Director.

We also expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in creating and/or coordinating educational projects, international programs or working with startups.
• Strong communication skills – the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, to people at all levels of the organization.
• English at a level not lower than Advanced.
• Creativity, strategic and analytical thinking. Energy, positive approach and initiative. Ability to see things through;
• Leadership qualities, responsibility and attention to detail.

Previous work experience in IT, EdTech, investment sector, projects for SMEs or public organizations will be a plus.
