Education Project Specialist (Genesis for Universities) in Genesis

Hello! We, the Genesis Education team, are looking for an Education Project Specialist in the direction of Genesis for Universities to work on the system of All-Ukrainian educational courses-internships. Genesis for Universities is the direction of interaction of the Genesis company with universities for the development of IT entrepreneurship and product IT in Ukraine. One of our large-scale projects — a system of All-Ukrainian educational courses-internships, created jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. These are interactive courses in the format of mixed learning for students of Ukrainian higher education institutions. Now this educational product is used in 200+ universities of the country. In order to increase the number of educational products in system of All-Ukrainian educational courses-internships and reach new heights, we are looking for an Education Project Specialist who will: Design new courses: transform the knowledge of experts into a program; Form educational goals and build a learning trajectory that will correspond to them; Prepare methodological course materials : develop tests, cases and tasks to test knowledge, prepare materials and instructions for teachers; Implement interactive learning using LMS; Write texts of educational materials; Write texts for video lectures; Coordinate video production; Build analytics (training effectiveness metrics) for data together with the team -driven solutions; Be responsible for the improvement of already created products, focusing on user feedback and learning performance metrics; Together with the team, improve and refine the LMS platform that is created by the team. In addition, at Genesis Education you will be able to join other projects , such as Innovative Education conferences. You will work with Alexandra, the team leader of the Genesis for Universities team. We have experience and practices in creating educational products, which we will definitely teach, but for you there remains a huge field for creativity, decision-making and improvement. To work effectively in this position, you need to: Be able to and love to write in Ukrainian: competently, structurally and clearly; to explain complex things in texts in simple language; to have a developed skill in the selection and qualitative analysis of information; to study any topic quickly and deeply; to think critically and structurally; to communicate effectively; to enjoy the systematization and organization of processes; Have the habit of constantly looking for better solutions; Have developed project management skills; Work effectively in a team; Have experience from the 1st year in creating or coordinating educational projects, online courses, working with educational products. Useful experience that will be an advantage: Copywriting skills ;Experience of content producing in educational products;Ability to conduct research of the target audience, needs, key decision-making criteria;Familiarity with the domain of product IT and digital products. Together we will shape new trends in Ukrainian education, and you will coordinate projects and processes affecting development of product IT in Ukraine. What does the Genesis Education team do?
