Hello! We, the Genesis Education team, are looking for an Education Project Specialist for Genesis Academy to implement external educational projects of various formats in the domains of product IT. Genesis Academy is an ecosystem of external educational opportunities for all Ukrainians who want to develop in the field of product IT. Training is available in 12 areas of product IT business (both tech and non-tech). Among them are Back-end, Front-end, Product Management, Marketing, DevOps, QA, Design, GameDev, Analytics, Recruiting, Media, BizDev & Investments. Over the past year, we have held 10 schools, the graduates of which have become 400+ students. And also organized 3 lecture weeks with a total of over 70,000 views on YouTube and MEGOGO. As an Education Project Specialist, your tasks will be: Organization and implementation of Genesis Academy educational projects; Creation of new educational events in accordance with the needs of the company and market demand and trends; Improvement of existing educational formats and implementation of new solutions; Active participation in the development of an educational strategy for certain periods. We will definitely find a common language if you: Have at least 1 year of experience in the organization or coordination of educational projects; strong communication skills (both verbal and written); you are able to independently organize your work and prioritize tasks; you feel your strengths are initiative, strategic and analytical thinking, creativity. Your manager will be Oksana (Genesis Academy Programs Lead), who joined the Genesis team over three years ago and started with conducting schools and parallel optimization of all organizational processes. He is currently responsible for the structure of educational projects, long-term planning and the involvement of new innovative solutions in the implementation of projects.
