We generate tools that change business and help you grow professionally. Our mission is to create education with relevant knowledge that needs to be used today. As you can see, we are actively growing and pushing new directions. Therefore, we are looking for an Education Project Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the creation, development and implementation of short-format products (webinars, intensives, workshops, etc.). What tasks await you: launch new products (webinars, intensives, workshops, etc.), taking into account the needs of the target audience, current topics and trends, search for topics that the market needs and expert lecturers in their fields, manage product promotion at all stages of development and launch of advertising campaigns, analyze the results of marketing and sales and initiate the necessary changes to improve the quality and effectiveness of courses, be responsible for the financial indicators of the product and directly influence the business, interact cross-functionally with related teams. We will feel connected if you: have experience working as a producer of another educational project -/event-/account-manager(s); you understand how the EdTech market works and follow trends in online education; you have the basics of marketing and understand how promotion works in the online environment; you have a high level of communication skills, you know how to negotiate, negotiate and build win-win relationships you get involved in the work immediately, drive changes and are able to look at things globally you know about a systematic approach, clear processes and team coordination you are interested in business topics and understand how the business environment works work for the result and analyze it offer non-standard ideas, find solutions and you are responsible for them. It will be an advantage: experience in working with marketing funnels and various traffic channels, understanding how to lead a client through CJM, and how metrics affect business, experience in creating and launching short courses, intensives, webinars, etc., optimizing business processes and developing new ones.
