We are looking for a team of SKVOT, an online school of popular culture, Education Project Manager (producer of educational projects) with drive and interest in the creative field to create new products together. Your future tasks: to look for topics that the market needs, experts in their respective fields; improve existing courses and develop new ones; conduct negotiations with potential lecturers; manage product promotion at all stages of development and launch of an advertising campaign; analyze the results of marketing and sales; meet the financial indicators of the product and directly affect the business. Skill pack for high-quality performance of tasks: experience of working with the suggestions of the producer of another educational project/manager/account manager; willingness to understand digital marketing, analytics and sales; get involved in work immediately, drive changes, ability to look globally; knowledge of a systematic approach, clear processes and team coordination; to feel and understand people who sometimes do not understand what they want; desire to get drive from work and love what you do. Nice-to-have: Upper-Intermediate English; public speaking experience.
