Education Project Manager in Netpeak Group

Education is one of the key areas of work of Netpeak Group and elements of achieving the mission "from the third world to the first". For 18 years, we have created our own courses, completed knowledge bases, prepared hundreds of articles, launched dozens of educational academies. Of course, not for all professions, but there is something to talk about. And now we are ready to move on to the next stage - the systematization of accumulated experience and the construction of Netpeak Group Education - a system of external educational opportunities for university students and people who want to develop in the IT field.

We are looking for an Education Project Manager to establish cooperation with universities. We want to join forces with educators and the state in creating educational projects to strengthen the IT market.

Your skills:

1. From 3 years of experience in creating or coordinating at least 3 educational projects (for example: producing courses, creating and coordinating training programs, educational projects, projects in the areas of employer brand management, talent acquisition, career guidance projects).
2. Experience working with Ukrainian universities.
3. Initiative, strategic and analytical thinking, creativity.
4. Experience in project management, ability to coordinate several processes at the same time.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to constantly research, look for new solutions, process a large amount of information, make decisions and be a process owner.

The team is waiting from you:

1. Development of the concept of Netpeak Group cooperation with Ukrainian universities.
2. Creation of agreements with priority universities on cooperation in student education.
< li>Creation of training programs in priority disciplines, which university teachers will use to teach students.
3. Launch of partnership educational programs with priority universities.
4. Preparation of methodological recommendations for teaching.
5. Writing the texts of all materials for lectures / lessons.
6. Coordination of video productions.
7. Development of tests and tasks to test knowledge.
8. Building a community for sharing experiences between business and teachers.

1. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and finish from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
2. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of a power outage.
3. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
4. Paid vacation - 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.< /li>
5. Compensation of 50% of professional training: courses, trainings, webinars, etc.
