To stay one step ahead, we need the strongest in the team. Our brand is growing rapidly — and the number of courses is growing along with it. Therefore, we are looking for an Education Project Manager - a person who will help develop new courses and improve existing ones in our IT school robot_dreams. If you are interested in NLP, Data Science, other IT areas, you want to understand complex topics and know how to speak with our audience in a common language - welcome!

Your task list:

• research the market, topics and experts who can strengthen our courses;
• improve existing courses and develop new ones;
• negotiate with potential lecturers and monitor cooperation with them;
• manage product promotion at all stages of development and launch of the promotional campaigns;
• interact with marketing, analytics, design, support and production;
• analyze marketing and sales results and improve courses based on data;
• responsible for product financial performance and directly impact the business.

Requirements

Skill pack for high-quality performance of tasks:

• experience in the positions of producer/project-/event-/product/account-manager/-from 2 years;
• experience in marketing, sales or analytics (at least 1 of 3)
• you know about a systematic approach, clear processes and team coordination;
• you feel and understand people who sometimes do not understand what they want themselves;
• love of order, the ability to see the big picture and at the same time keep focus nand details;
• interest in EdTech, desire to develop education and immerse in IT areas;
• ability to think as a product: see the course as a complete product that can be analyzed, improved and scaled;
• openness to feedback, readiness for experiments and new knowledge;
• ability to make decisions, take responsibility and move the project forward.
  
  Nice-to-have:
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• experience working with educational products or in EdTech;
• know how to use AI tools and integrate them into work processes;
• have experience in performance marketing;
• can conduct effective negotiations and present your ideas.
