KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, presentation and promotion of training programs in close cooperation with marketing and commerce teams.  

• Creating a learning strategy for each brand with the O+O (online+offline) ecosystem
• Developing a step-by-step training plan and calendar and its implementation for each brand
• Ensuring the process of monetization of training programs
• Organization of large seminars and events for hairdressing masters, including the involvement of international artists
• Constant monitoring of performance indicators and training satisfaction
• Cooperation with the commercial team to effectively cover the salon base with appropriate training programs
• Budgeting and compliance
• Management and development team of trainers
• Creating educational tools and new learning formats together with the team

You will lead a team of creative trainers who are masters of their craft, full of energy and creative ideas. Together with our team, you will create a space for learning and discover new educational practices in the field of hairdressing.  

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Expert in the field of education, training from 3years of knowledge of training methodology, tracking training trends
• Experience of working in the salon business, in-depth knowledge of color and other hairdressing techniques
• Experience of team management, professional coaching
< li> Creative and innovative approach to work
• Ability to effectively establish communication and build partnerships
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
• Willingness to work in multitasking mode  
• English language above average
