Education Community Specialist (Genesis Education) in Genesis

Hello! We, the Genesis Education team, are looking for an Education Community Specialist for Genesis Internal Education to work on non-tech community and educational projects. At Genesis Internal Education, we have created a system of sharing expertise and support each employee in their desire to learn and build careers. We create projects for training employees in various domains - 12 specialized and 3 non-specialized domains. All educational projects are based on business and employee requests. This system of sharing expertise exists to support each employee in his desire to learn and build a career. Specialist any profession and grade can choose a convenient format of corporate training. What will be in the tasks: Develop 3 Non-tech Communities — Design, Marketing, Content. Implement and plan profile regular meetings, chat content, interact with community drivers; Implement educational projects in non-technical domains (mentoring programs, hackathons, intensives, etc.); Analyze business requests and prepare educational project concepts based on them; Assist in operational processes of unit. To work effectively in this position, you need to: Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Be able to and like to communicate with people; Have at least 1 year of experience in organizing or managing internal/external communities, coordinating educational projects; Be competent in writing any texts; Think critically and structurally; Be a proactive, proactive team player with a Growth Mindset .Experience that will be an advantage: Understanding of domains of product IT — directly non-tech domains (Design, Marketing, Content); Knowledge of community practices, canvases, approaches or taking courses in Community Management; Ability to independently organize your work and projects, to prioritize tasks; Initiative and responsibility when completing tasks. Together we will shape new trends in the construction of corporate training from one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine and influence the development of product IT in Ukraine through education. Your manager will be Nastya. She joined the company 2.5 years ago. She started her activity with community management. He is currently responsible for the direction of internal specialized training and expanding the team. What does the Genesis Education team do?
