About us:

We develop several educational and business products aimed at entrepreneurs, executives and founders who want to scale faster, operate in a structured way and get practical results. Formats include educational programs, intensives, product work and interaction with experts.

The team is headed by Andrii Pyvovarov, a serial entrepreneur, founder of the Salt company and author of Formula. With his participation, more than 500 strategic sessions were held for companies of the level of McDonald's, Intertop, RedBull, Institutum and others. He is a member of the Aspen Institute and EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization), actively works with entrepreneurs from different countries.

Who we are looking for:

A specialist who will work with his hands: help build the structure of products, coordinate tasks, prepare materials, work with educational content and presentations. 

Work format

Hybrid: remote work with the possibility of business trips to Kyiv or Warsaw. Full-time

Salary

from $1500 - 2000, negotiable and depends on competencies

Main tasks

1. Development of educational materials.materials.

• Control of the full cycle of materials creation.

2. Working with participants

• Conducting CustDev interviews to gather audience needs.

• Collecting feedback during and after the program.

Organization of NPS-surveys and other forms for evaluating participants.

3. Analyzing and improving products

• Debriefing after each bootcamp.

• Creating analytical reports and presentations.

• Development and implementation of improvements to improve product quality.

4. Teamwork

• Constant interaction with Andrii Pivovarov to discuss ideas and materials.

• Participation in team calls, meetings and brainstorms.

Organization of processes related to product improvement.

5. Planning the educational process

• Development of the structure of education: stages, duration of modules, key topics.

• Creation of an educational calendar and timelines for the program.

What is important to us

Knowledge of Google Docs, Trello, or similar editors.
