EdTech and technology solutions analyst, Technology Analyst in Fond Shidna Evropa

Eastern Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of EdTech analyst and technological solutions for the implementation of the program implemented by the organization.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine.

Application deadline: until December 15, 2025.

Work format: hybrid.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Technological scouting:
  • analysis of EdTech and AI-solutions on the global market;
  • preparation of brief reviews of technologies, their possibilities and relevance to the Ukrainian context;
  • identification innovations that can become the basis for pilots or partnerships.
• Support for pilots and technology interventions:
  • gathering requirements for pilots together with the Technology Lead;
  • assessment of technological capabilities of partners;
  • monitoring of the technical part of implementation: integration, customization, scaling opportunities.
• Analytics and performance evaluation of technologies:
  • collection and structuring of data from pilots;
  • evaluation of basic metrics of technology effectiveness in schools;
  • preparation of recommendations for improvement or scaling.
• Support of interaction with EdTech partners:
  • operational contact with companies, technical teams, startups;
  • preparation of requests, technical briefs, notes and agreements.
• Technology Lead support in strategic work:
  • preparation of analytics for meetings;
  • collection of technical signals from the market;
  • formation of a map of the EdTech ecosystem and technological opportunities.

Qualifications and experience:

• Higher education in the field of information technology, management, analytics, economics, education or related fields.
• Work experience from 1 to 3 years in analytics, innovation projects, digital education or related fields
• Participation in projects where it was necessary to test new tools or technologies, compare solutions and offer recommendations.
• Experience in preparing reviews, research or structured analytical materials.
• Experience with applications: Google Workspace, research and analysis tools (Sheets/Excel).
• Basic product analytics and platforms.
• Proficiency in English at a high level - for interaction with international partners.
