SKELAR already has a super-powerful communications team that is engaged in building full-cycle communications — from Employer Branding to Global PR. We are currently looking for an ambitious and proactive Editor & SMM Manager to join the team. We are looking for a motivated professional who will help us build a strong employer brand in the tech market.

— Interaction with external writers and internal contributors who are ready to create expert materials with the goal of knowledge sharing and strengthening the presence of the SKELAR brand in the media;

— Management of the SMM direction: content planning, setting tasks for the design team, creating texts for publications, managing deadlines and quality at each stage;

— Formation of communication meanings for content and quality control of materials. Tracking trends in communications and implementing new approaches. Here you will need your skills to adapt to changes, find opportunities and quickly use them. For this, you will have all the necessary resources;

—Evaluating performance, forming and implementing hypotheses to improve results. We are sure that the effectiveness of communications can be measured, and you can help with this;

— Involvement in Global PR communication projects for startups.

What is important for us:

- Experience in the position of Communications Manager / PR Manager / Employer Brand Manager from 1.5 years. Experience in a communications or advertising agency, and in particular in the SMM direction, will be an advantage;

—Experience in creating quality texts in various formats: columns, press releases, reviews, etc. The fact of placing texts in Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian and/or international media will be an advantage;

— Systematic approach to work and meeting deadlines;

- Communicability, proactivity and creativity;

—Proven experience in performing turnkey tasks;

— Ability to create high-quality text support for SMM publications;

— Perfect command of the Ukrainian language and knowledge of English at the Intermediate+ level;

— Literacy, attention to details and fact-checking skills;

—Understanding communication trendstools and content formats;

— Deep respect for the communication profession and an unstoppable desire to develop in it.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
