We are waiting for you if you: 3 years or more of experience working as an editor; Experience working in a translation agency will be an advantage; Experience editing Polish texts, experience as an editor, the ability to structure a course of error correction and be capable of technical training; Fluent in English and Polish; Client-oriented, responsible, result-oriented, you prefer teamwork. What to do and what to be responsible for: Proofreading (full or random) translations after machine translation, post-editor, translator and /or the editor in the language pairs Ukrainian/English-Polish and Polish/English-Ukrainian; Checking the correctness of the translation, ensuring its uniformity and compliance with the glossary attached to the project; Providing feedback on translation quality, comments and wishes to project teams; Conducting regular seminars for project teams (online), explaining translation features, analyzing and explaining errors, answering questions; Recording trainings, preparing presentations and materials for translators and editors; Compiling and checking tests for translators and editors; Analyzing client edits with providing reasoned comments and a conclusion on the quality of the translation provided Providing comments and justifications on the translation of terms and concepts in response to customer requests.
