We create a high-quality, modern and interesting product! Today, we already have more than 40 people in our team, and we will continue to grow. The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the development and implementation of content strategies, the definition of thematic areas and the distribution of tasks among authors, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the content placement plan. You are our candidate if you have: • Experience of working in online mass media in the position of editor-in-chief from 1 year; • Knowledge of working with the WordPress platform; • Writing and editing skills, also with AI; • Knowledge of the Polish language at the level of A1. What tasks you will face: • Analysis of competitors (topics and advertising); • Search for traffic topics for articles (find topics for articles that are relevant and interesting for our audience); • Preparation of TK for articles for authors (eye-catching headlines and creatives to attract attention); • Preparation of TK summaries for posts with articles on Facebook; • Analysis of traffic indicators, draw conclusions and apply them; • Weekly plans and results reports; • Team management (development of motivation systems).
