We are looking for Editor EN-UA with practical experience who will become an important part of the team Writing & Editing Team, which is part of the large internal Agency of the Ajax Systems Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

• editing and proofreading texts in Ukrainian and English;
• translation from English to Ukrainian and vice versa;
• fact-checking to ensure correct description of products and processes;
• work with terminology and filling in dictionaries;
• participation in the development of written content standards;
• mentorship of writers to improve texts in terms of style, structure, messages, headline quality, etc.

Several formats you will work with:

• product pages ( example );
• site pages ( example );
• blog articles (example);
• user stories (user stories section);
• speeches for performances (example);
• instructions for use (example);
• presentations, newsletters, partner materials, brochures, etc.

Respond to the vacancy if you:

• professionally edit texts in English and Ukrainian for 2 years;
• you have at least 1 year of translation/localization experience;
• you have a B2/C1 level of English;
• you have experience working with marketing and technical texts;
• on "you" with technologies and ready to dive into the subtleties of their work;
• you know how to organize your work efficiently when there are many tasks;
• take a proactive approach to tasks: delve into details and check every fact;
• know how to give feedback so that it inspires, not depresses.

It will be an advantage if the candidate:

• has a technical education;
• has international certificates confirming the level of knowledge of the English language.
