eCRM IT Business Analyst (web development, R&D) in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for an eCRM IT Business Analyst (web development, R&D)to join Consumer Experience team. We propose to work with eCommerce & CRM solutions for IQOS in Ukraine. You will be responsible and involved to process of building interfaces (web, API), development and testing business processes. Your main counterparts would be Product owner, Product Team, IT Team and third-party business partners (IT).Key responsibilities:Building interfaces (web, API) for interactions with customersBuilding web interfaces (landing pages, surveys, invitation process, etc)Integration of API in business processes Preparing and update technical documentationPreparing requirements for developmentPerforming integration testing and running UATPerforming communications with IT team and third-party business partners (IT)Requirements:Experience as System Analyst / BA/ QA / full-stack Dev / web Dev / FE DevExperience in preparing SQL requests – strong skillsUnderstanding of web services (REST, Web API), best practicesExperience in Low-code development solutions (Corezoid, Node-Red, etc) using JavaScriptExperience in JavaScript usageExperience in preparation requirements for development/integration – strong skillsExperience in git usageUnderstanding of OOP principles, SDLC principlesEnglish: Intermediate (B1) and higher, Ukrainian: fluentCommunication skills, critical and analytical thinking, focus for Business objectives, problem-solving skillsWill be advantage:Experience as product owner / product manager on ecom projectExperience as FE/BE developerExperience in NodeJS usageCorezoid specialist certification: level Middle or higherExperience with cloud services (AWS, Google cloud, Azure, etc)Experience managing/supporting of several campaigns simultaneouslyExperience in building highly loaded transactional processes with scalable approachExperience in writing automated tests (based on SQL, Low-Code solutions, monitoring tools)Understanding of Corezoid bot platformExperience in DWHExperience in data bases: Redshift / PostgreSql / MS SQL / Oracle / Sybase IQExperience in scheduled/triggered SQL cron jobs, stored proceduresExperience in SQL request script optimizations, query cost estimation, query planExperience in work at wide team environmentUnderstanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologiesExperience with task tracking system (Jira, Trac, Redmine etc), knowledgebase (Confluence, MediaWiki etc)ProposalPermanent local contract with employee benefitsA challenging work environment, with great development opportunitiesGrowing and development opportunity within the CompanyOpening opportunities for skills enrichment with new practical experience of innovative approaches and technologies in development of business-processes
