The Teplo.23 company is a distributor and official service center of Ecosoft water filtration equipment in the Sumy region. We select, install and service home and commercial water filtration systems from the manufacturer. We are currently looking for a master of the Ekosoft service center to join the team. Your tasks: Carrying out installation and service work of water filtration systems at customer locations in the city of Sumy and the Sumy region; Consulting existing customers on the operation and maintenance of filtration systems; Keeping internal documentation (service records, installation, etc.); Work with online CRM, 1C product accounting system, Google services and the Microsoft Office application package. Our expectations from the candidate: Category B driver's license (2 years of driving experience); Ability to read technical documentation and drawings; Fast learning ability, focus on results; Proficiency in office programs, preferably experience with 1C and CRM systems; Ability to work with clients and resolve conflict situations; Education - complete secondary special or higher, preferably technical direction; Competent verbal and written Ukrainian language; Communicability, promptness, friendliness and analytical skills; Knowledge of basic norms and safety rules. Working conditions: Official employment; Full time; Work schedule Mon-Fri from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday shift from 10 am to 3 pm (one of two Saturdays) Paid trial period of 3 months.
