Plarium is an international product company developing mobile and computer games. More than 1,300 specialists create games remotely in offices in Israel, Ukraine, Poland and the USA. We combine the acquired experience with innovations in analytics, marketing and interaction with the community. Plarium is working on a multi-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. This is a large and ambitious project from the point of view of graphics, game design and technical implementation. The Game Design Department team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the economic component of the game, as well as game balance. You will be able to interact with system Game Designers, Level Designers and analysts on a regular basis. Visualization of the project You will create a balance of in-game items (price/rarity/quantity), as well as the general flow of resources in the game; create loot tables; perform game progression calculations for functionalities; balance the profit/loss of players depending on the stage of the game; interact with the Level Design team to place containers on the game map; analyze the performance of the current version of the balance sheet and adjust it on the basis of analytics. We expect 2+ years of Game Designer/ Game Economy Designer experience from you; mastery of Google Sheets as well as the ability to autolink formulas and LOOKUP functions; solid knowledge of probability theory; understanding the basics of statistics; understanding the principles of building a game economy of taflow resources; proficiency in Ukrainian; knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate+. Experience with Unity and version control systems will be an advantage; experience writing scripts for Google Sheets; the experience of deconstructing the economy of games and game functionalities; experience of working as a game analyst.
