Plarium is working on a multi-platform third-person shooter with a realistic setting and innovative gameplay. This is a large and ambitious project from the point of view of graphics, game design and technical implementation. The team of the Game Design Department is responsible for the development and support of the economic component of the game, as well as the game balance. You will be able to interact with system Game Designers, Level Designers and analysts on a regular basis. Project visualization You will create a balance of in-game items (price/rarity/quantity), as well as the general flow of game resources; create loot tables; perform calculations of game progression for functionalities; balance the profit/loss of players depending on the stage of the game; interact with the Level Design team to place containers on the game map; analyze the performance of the current version of the balance and adjust it based on analytics. We expect 2+ years of Game Designer/ Game Economy experience from you Designer; mastery of Google Sheets equal to the ability to autolink formulas, LOOKUP functions; confident knowledge of the theory of probability; understanding of the basics of statistics; understanding of the principles of building a game economy of taflow resources; command of Ukrainian; knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate+. Experience with Unity and version control systems will be an advantage; experience writing scripts for Google Sheets; experience deconstructing the economy of games or game functionalities; experience working with game analytics.
