We invite you to work as an Economist of our own production (food production: cooking, full-cycle bakeries, semi-finished products). We expect from you: Higher education in the field of finance, economics, the ability to analyze financial indicators and reasoned decisions Work experience from 2 years in companies with a food production unit: possibly restaurants, kitchen factories and retail enterprises selling their own food products) Confident user, ability to work with analytical reports, operational reporting (1C, Word, Excel, management of a trading company , analytics); Experience in cost calculation and analysis; Experience in planning and normalizing food production and improving production indicators; Knowledge of methods of economic analysis and accounting of enterprise activity indicators; Knowledge of the basics of managerial accounting; Ability to work with budgets, understand pricing structures in modern sales channels Experience of working in companies with a food production unit (possible restaurants, kitchen factories and retail enterprises selling their own food products). Duties: Budgeting of own production, all workshops and production in stores (expenses and revenues P&L) by activity areas. Development and control of cost norms for the production of raw materials, consumables, small and medium enterprises and other expenditure items. Control of the correctness of the calculations created in the database. Calculation of the planned cost of the main raw materials and finished products (raw and complete). .Control of the remaining raw materials in the warehouse and analysis of the efficiency of its use.Calculation of production and warehouse capacities when forming a production plan.Calculation of productivity and efficiency of workshops for maximum productivity.
