Hello! We are a large and friendly team of the shopping center network and we are looking for a Management Control Specialist to join our team

What needs to be done:

• Organization, management and control of management reporting;
• Budgeting of income and expenses P&L, Cash Flow;
• Ensuring responsibility of income and expenses;
• Organization and optimization of processes to improve the economic activity of real estate objects;
• Control rational use of consumables;
• Formation of consumption standards of consumables;
• Determining the necessity, rationality and technological correctness of works on the maintenance of real estate objects;
• Checking estimates regarding the norms of consumption of materials and their cost;
• Control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• Control of the correctness and order of payment according to contracts and acts of works performed;
• Check of correctness accounting for communal resources and billing of communal services to tenants;
• Preparation of reporting on financial indicators.
