UKRMEDTEXTIL company is looking for a warehouse logistics economist for economic planning of warehouse logistics and implementation of WMS. Those interested please send a resume indicating the desired salary.
Key competencies of the vacancy:
• Warehouse logistics and economics.

• ERP / 1C / SAP. Analytical thinking and financial modeling. Functional duties of a warehouse economist-logist: 2.1. Economic planning of warehouse logistics
• Formation of the warehouse budget (OPEX / CAPEX).
• Calculation and control:
- the cost of storing 1 pallet space;
- the cost of processing 1 order / 1 SKU;
- logistics costs for 1 t / 1 m? / 1 unit of production.
• Analysis of economic feasibility:
- warehouse automation;
- implementation of WMS;
- changes in warehouse technologies (FIFO / FEFO / cross-docking).
2.2. Preparation for the implementation of WMS
• Participation in the formation of business requirements (Business Requirements) for WMS.
• Preparation of the economic rationale for the implementation of WMS: ROI; Payback Period; TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Analysis and optimization of warehouse processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Description and economic analysis of current processes (AS-IS): acceptance; storage; equipment; shipment; inventory.
• Formation of the target model (TO-BE) using WMS.
• Calculation of the economic effect of the AS-IS > TO-BE transition.
• Participation in Lean analysis of the warehouse (losses, downtime, excess movements).
2.4. KPI, analytics and reporting (in WMS)
• Development and implementation of warehouse logistics KPI, in particular: Inventory Accuracy; Order Picking Accuracy; Productivity per FTE; Occupied pallet locations / Total pallet locations; OTIF; inventory turnover.
• Setting up analytical reports in WMS (together with IT).
• Control of economic indicators after the launch of WMS.
2.5. Integration of WMS with accounting systems
• Participation in the setting of integration tasks: WMS - ERP / 1C / SAP.
• Control of correctness:o stock accounting; TMC movement; calculation of warehouse costs.
• Verification of compliance of financial data between systems.
2.6. Warehouse personnel management (economic aspect)
• Calculation of the normative number of warehouse personnel.
• Analysis of labor productivity (FTE).
• economic models: motivations; bonuses for KPIs.
• Participation in the training of personnel to work with WMS.
2.7. Inventory control and compliance with standards
• FIFO / FEFO compliance control.
• Loss analysis: overdue; damage; shortages.
• Provisionassessment of economic compliance with requirements: ISO 13485 (for medical devices); internal procedures of the company.
