Economist in management accounting in Inzheniring-Analitika, TOV

Engineering-Analytika LLC is a company that is rapidly developing and moving forward in the market of security systems. Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced specialists who are involved in the implementation of the "Safe City", "Safe Country" and other projects.

Now we are looking for a management accounting economist, in whose responsibilities will include:

• Current operational monitoring, collection and accumulation of information on the progress of projects
• Daily processing of financial documents (invoices, internal documents/requests, expenses, cash documents, etc.) in order to form the actual cost of projects in management accounting
• Distribution of payments and control of costs for projects in accordance with the articles of costing/estimate, contract price
• Formation of profit reports/ losses in terms of projects
• Analysis of quantitative and cost indicators of project implementation, plan/fact, deviations
• Compilation of management reports, the actual budget of the enterprise for periods;
• In the future - work on the implementation of full-fledged management accounting in the company based on the 1C software systems: (systematization and classification of income and expenses in the 1C program, checking the correctness of the work of management reports in the program, control of the correctness of entering and displaying payment documents in the management accounting, etc.)

You have:

• Experience of working in a company with the status of Contractor, Contractor, Service Provider
• Basic knowledge and understanding the structure of construction and contractual documentation, the ability to read estimates, acts of KB-2B, ZVR, analog M-29
• Ability to process a large amount of information
• Ability to interact with all departments of the company (managers projects, accounting, economists of directions, specialists of material and technical support, tender department, top managers)
• Systematic in the process of collecting the necessary information and primary documents.
• Skills of working with the use of a complex of products "1C"
• Experience in setting tasks for programmers to automate accounting and analytical processes
• Implementation of new optimal forms and systems for collecting, processing and accumulating information by business areas
