Economist in financial work in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine announces a competition to fill the vacant position of financial economist< /b>

Requirements:

• professional higher education;
• experience in budgeting, planning expenses by items and monitoring the targeted use of funds;
• li>confident user of the automated accounting program 1С8 UPP;
• experience in accounting of issued advances, cash flows to bank accounts, purchased goods, performed works and services, movement of goods and material values, fuel costs and their write-offs , settlements with subordinate organizations, etc.;
• experience of making settlements according to CPC contracts;
• experience of conducting inventories and monitoring account balances from accounting for commodity values, receivables and payables;
• li>
• experience of drawing up financial, accounting and management reporting;
• experience of monitoring compliance with the terms of contracts with suppliers of goods and services;
• experience of working with a large volume of primary documentation, verification completeness and correctness of its design;
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language, English will be an advantage.
• confident user of a standard package of office programs.

Functional duties:

• drafting of the project budget;
• monthly planning of expenses according to budget items;
• control of the targeted use of funds according to budget items;
• distribution of budget funding between subordinate organizations;
• accounting support of issued advances, movement of funds in bank accounts, settlements with suppliers of goods and services, accounting of performed works and services, posting to the stock of goods, registration of issuance of goods from the warehouse and their write-off, etc.;
• making calculations according to civil law contracts;
• preparing financial statements;
• checking the correctness of initial documents;
• li> control over the reflection in accounting of calculations and expenses carried out by subordinate organizations within the framework of project implementation.
