Economist in finance

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• 3 years of work experience.
• Ability to work with large amount of data.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, 1C/BAS.
• High efficiency, attentiveness, responsibility, meticulousness in work.

< strong>Responsibilities:

• Control and analysis of cash flows (bank, cash register).
• Control of closing mutual settlements, receivables and payables, accounting of settlements with accountable persons.
• Calculations and reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers and buyers.
• Controls payroll by departments.
• Mutual settlements with accountable persons - cost control.< /li>
• Accounting by subdivisions (stores, factories), namely: verification of reports, revenue and expenditure documents, cash register, drawing up of revaluation/depreciation acts, re-accounting in stores and factories, inventory in all subdivisions and warehouses of the enterprise , understanding of the implementation process; control of warehouse operations
• Data entry into the accounting program, control of the reliability of data entry regarding primary documentation.
• Verification of transport costs and reports from PMM.
• Preparation of the company's internal reporting , preparation of financial/management reporting upon request.
