TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. /p> Functional responsibilities: • Receiving monthly financial statements of regional branches; checking the accuracy of documentation and compliance with the Financial Management Procedures of the TCHU and contractual obligations; • Assisting the chief accountants of regional branches in keeping records of income for all projects and correspondence with donors; • Receipt of invoices -invoicing from suppliers, checking documentation for compliance and obtaining approval from budget managers, after which preparation for timely payment to suppliers; adjustments; • Responsible for updating and maintaining the database; • Prepare revision of biojet in consultation with the head of the regional branch and the head of the inter-regional branch and managers of budget funds on a regular basis; • Prepare quarterly financial reconciliation reports and submit them to the regional branch for adjustment/reconciliation or confirmation of balances; • Review monthly original supporting documents and reports from the local office and provide feedback on any discrepancies; • Ensure application of financial policies, processes and procedures. • Monitor financial key financial performance indicators on a monthly basis and provide advice and/or instructions to managers on how to improve them.
