Economist for material and technical support (purchase disposition)

Functional duties:

• Determines the need for material resources and sets the calendar terms for their delivery according to the client's orders;
• Orders material resources in the appropriate quantity and terms according to the client's needs. If necessary, organizes unscheduled deliveries of material resources;
• Monitors the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the supplier, the amount of materials and the terms of receipt;
• Informs the supplier about deviations in the delivery. Communicates with the supplier to reduce debt;
• Performs the disposition of material resources using the "Shortage report" tool in case of supplier debt;
• Participates in the development and implementation of measures to increase the efficiency of the use of material resources (economy of material resources, reduction of costs associated with their acquisition, delivery and storage, use of production waste and secondary raw materials) and optimization of supply plans;

Our requirements:

• Full higher education (by direction: business economics, accounting and auditing, financial affairs, analytics);
• Proficiency in English at a high level;
• Work experience from 1 year in the field of procurement;
• A confident PC user (MS Office);
• Experience in SAP and 1C will be an advantage;
• Ability to analyze a large volume of data;
• Leadership qualities and analytical abilities, the ability to make independent decisions and the ability to learn quickly;
• Internal discipline, ability to work in a team, active life position, focus on results.
