The company's website is https://build.kovalska.com/ We are happy to invite you to join our Economist (financier) team - budget specialist) Main tasks: Formation, review, control of the budget of construction objects, namely: Formation of the construction object's expenditure budget (PL); Formation of the construction object's cash flow budget (CF); Compilation of reports on the actual indicators of PL, CF ;Signing of contracts;Control of payments in accordance with contracts and budget frameworks.Requirements for the candidate:Higher economic/financial education;Work experience of 2 years or more (preferably in construction, real estate);Good theoretical knowledge: chart of accounts, accounting principles;Practice in working with 1C, building tables, diagrams in Excel; Confident PC user, MS Office package, Excel - in full (advanced level), 1C/BAS ERP; Communicability, kindness, ability to find a way out of a situation, focus on results, attentiveness , efficiency.
