Economist-estimator in Atommontazhservis, TOV

We specialize in the implementation of projects in the field of nuclear energy, as well as in the construction and repair of power plants. In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a qualified economist-estimator for our company in the city of Netishyn. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating estimates for construction and installation works, monitoring the financial efficiency of projects and ensuring compliance with the budget. Tasks: - Calculation of estimates for construction and installation works in accordance with project documentation and customer requirements - Monitoring the budget and financial efficiency of projects - Determining the cost of works, materials and equipment for participation in tenders and preparation of commercial proposals - Analysis of the efficiency of resource use and development of recommendations for cost optimization - Keeping estimate documentation and ensuring its relevance Requirements: - Higher education in economics, finance or construction - Experience in similar position from 2 years - Ability to work with construction and installation norms and rules - High confidence in calculations and analytical skills - Knowledge of AVK program is mandatory
