Formation of financing plans for the month/quarter/year .Control of cash flows; formation of a payment calendar. Control of the distribution of costs in the accounting for construction objects Signing of contracts and control of payment according to conditions. Keeping records of economic indicators. Analysis of receivables and payables. Candidate requirements: Higher financial education. Work experience of 3 years in the field of construction. Fluency in excel (formulas, summary tables) Skills in information and analytical work (classification, data collection, work with large arrays).
