Work experience of 3 years in relevant positions as an economist, analyst, financier. Understanding of the basic principles of accounting and management accounting. Experience of working in 1C UPP, Microsoft Excel. procedures, documents, management accounting standards of the company. Staff training of new procedures, control of their compliance. Automation, improvement and optimization of existing processes. Constant interaction with related divisions of the company in the development and implementation processes. Control and execution of monthly procedures. Obtaining primary information from field workers and its systematization. control of mutual settlements with counterparties, work with payables/receivables. Understanding of cash accounting and bank statements. Control of accountable settlements with company employees. Work with employee advance reports (reporting for accountable funds, business trips). expenses of subdivisions. Preparation of management reports, provision of information, calculation of certain indicators upon request. Tasks at VT: Working with advance reports of employees (reporting for accountable funds, business trips), displaying information in the accounting system. Keeping records of fixed assets.
