Work experience of 3 years in the relevant positions of economist, analyst , financier. Understanding of the basic principles of accounting and management accounting. Work experience in 1C UPP, Microsoft Excel. Understanding of the economic processes of a trade and production enterprise. Analytical mindset, the ability to work in a team and achieve results. The main functional duties of an employee: Control of internal procedures , documents, management accounting standards of the company. Staff training of new procedures, control of their compliance. Automation, improvement and optimization of existing processes. Constant interaction with related divisions of the company in the development and implementation processes. Control and execution of monthly procedures. Obtaining primary information from field workers and its systematization. control of mutual settlements with counterparties, work with payables/receivables. Understanding of cash accounting and bank statements. Control of accountable settlements with company employees. Work with employee advance reports (reporting for accountable funds, business trips). expenses of subdivisions. Preparation of management reporting, provision of information, calculation of certain indicators upon request.
