We are LUMINA CONSULTING, a company specializing in tax consulting, financial and marketing analytics for Ukrainian enterprises. We are looking for an analyst who knows how to see logic behind numbers, understands business economics, is interested in markets and wants to develop in the field of analytics — from preparing reports on transfer pricing to full-fledged marketing research.

During the trial period (3 months) you will have a training program and a mentor who will help you adapt and learn everything you need skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (TPC) and reports on controlled transactions
• Conducting market analytical studies:
  • analysis of industry structure, competitive environment, main players
  • identification of demand trends, price fluctuations, export and import dynamics
  • preparation of short analytical reports references and conclusions regarding the market situation
• Working with large data sets, search, systematization and processing of information
• Description of the results of calculations and analyzes in reports, preparation of structured conclusions for the client
• Interaction with clients and assistance in business analysis

Experience and skills:

• Higher education (economics, finance, business analytics or related fields)
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting and the tax system (will be an advantage)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, working with large amounts of data) and Microsoft Word
• Ability to work with open sources: statistics, databases, company websites, profile reports
• Attention to details, logical thinking, the ability to structure information
• The presence of self-organization: the ability to work with instructions, own notes and assigned tasks without constant support
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• Desire to learn and develop
