What you will do:
- pay landlords' utility bills on time and prepare bills for reimbursement of utility services by sublessees;
- control and verification of the account in accordance with the terms of the contract, meter readings, current tariffs;
- preparation of the bill for payment in the accounting program;
- communication with the counterparty on the payment of bills, reconciliations on the date of the request for the period of the request;
- number of accounting objects - 200 tons, frequency - once a month.
