Analysis and control of receivables and payables. Development and implementation of measures to eliminate cash gaps. Compliance with payment discipline of the enterprise. Prepare a weekly plan of income and expenses, submit reminders Organization of reconciliations, participation in their implementation, control of return of acts-reconciliations from Customers. Timely form management reports R&L, Balance, conduct analysis. Evaluation of project effectiveness (calculation of return on investment) Development and implementation of budgeting in the company Calculation of the cost of services, preparation of tenders and commercial proposals. Market analysis. Work with waybills, control of compliance with fuel write-off norms by drivers.
