Main work tasks:

• Analysis of reports on repair work and energy consumption, detection of deviations and trends;
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting: drawing up and adjusting the department budget, forming forecasted financial indicators;
• Monitoring financial efficiency: cost control, analysis cost dynamics and efficiency of resource use;
• Preparation of management reports and presentations for management in order to support strategic decision-making.
• Optimization of costs and business processes: identification of savings reserves, participation in projects to improve operational efficiency.
