Economist in OLEKSANDR, TOV / GRUPA NAFTOGAZ

"OLEKSANDR" LLC, an enterprise in the NAFTOGAZ group, whose field of activity is the provision of cleaning and catering services, invites an economist to cooperate in order to ensure the Company's activities

Main tasks:

• Compilation of annual financial and investment plans of the enterprise, preparation of materials for their approval;
• Formation of P&L, C&F reports in a cross-section of areas of activity and analysis of the plan/fact of deviations;
• Checking the correctness of the variance of the fact of expenses in the program, if necessary, making adjustments to articles;
• >Analysis of the actual financial results of the enterprise;
• Formation of periodic management and financial reporting (entering planned and actual data in SAP);
• Planning of liquidity and cash flow (week/month/year ) and analysis of actual execution;
• Preparation and maintenance of a payment calendar;
• Calculation of the cost of services by areas of activity;
• Preparation of investment projects for approval and reporting on their implementation
• Other reports at the request of management;
• Ensuring automation and optimization of processes

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher economic education
• 2 years of experience as an economist
• Financial planning experience
• Knowledge of management accounting, business economics, accounting basics.
• Skills in maintaining a payment calendar, planning and analyzing C&F, P&L, Balance
• A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, 1C
