Economist in Milig, TOV

A group of enterprises (production) is looking for an experienced Internal Accounting Economist.

You will be responsible for:

1. Control of the movement of TMC, which are issued from the warehouse to production to close certain areas: repair/ modernization/new products, according to the projects.

2. "Digitization" of working time, weekly tabulation of all personnel, with subsequent distribution of working hours by project (how many products were produced, how much was spent on this particular product, this project of the total number of production personnel).

Responsibilities:

• collection and analysis of initial data: measurement of operation time,
• analysis of material and resource consumption,
• determining the influence of various factors on the production process.
• calculating the cost of products and analyzing costs.
• ensuring accurate and timely accounting of production processes.
• preparation of regular reports on the use of working time and production costs.
• analysis of the efficiency of resource use and recommendations for their optimization.
• cooperation with other departments of the enterprise to ensure correct accounting and reporting.
• participation in drawing up and monitoring the execution of production budgets.

Requirements:

• experience of similar work at a production enterprise 3+ years;
• higher education (economics/finance);
• good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, BAS; 
• Knowledge of SEO will be an advantage.
